Parents need a legal, safe and dependable transporting partner who can provide quality service every single day after children are done with their school day. With Afterschool Clubhouse have reliable transport systems to pick aftercare learners to the aftercare/afterschool facility. This service is included in the afterschool club fee.
Aftercare/afterschool Services
Our Afterschool Clubhouse age program provides fun and educational experiences after the school day. The program offers hands-on learning opportunities that engage students by focusing on their hobbies and interests. The programs utilize positive behavior strategies to reduce classroom disruptions and build healthy social emotional classroom environments. We know that children who spend time in after-school care enrichment activities earn better grades in school, have quality work habits and learn interpersonal skills that lead to better peer relationships. Our mission is to allow them easy access to your programs!
Holiday Care Services
During all school holidays thru-out a year we are open. We believe that every child is special, each with their unique gifting and qualities. Hence, our Holiday programme is carefully developed by experienced programme coordinators for a holistic and interactive learning environment where each child can learn and grow and continue to make good friends. During Holidays we offer specialized programs that parents and learners can choose from while we look after all learners during school holidays
Weekend Care Services
With the increase in the way we work after what happened to our World, post Covid 19 effects, greater flexibility in work hours kicked in, the need to support families who work in hospitality, emergency services, shift work and those who simply work longer hour’s means that many parents' jobs fall well outside of child care centre operating hours. Afterschool clubhouse saw the importance to support these parents so that they can work to their full potential. It's not just hospitality and emergency services. Shops, gyms, restaurants, museums, galleries, police officers, nurses and all sorts of service industries now have weekend openings and late closing times in the evenings requiring their staff to work at least one weekend or evening shift per month, even if the majority of their working hours are during the week. This is not an issue now. We are here to balance this equation as we will always assist you and your family on Saturdays and Sundays on special arrangements
Home work Assistance
Learners at our afterschool clubhouse get home work assistance in all subjects just on arrival from their schools. It is imperative that parents also check their children’s’ home at home to ensure is correctly done. We will be thankful for any feedback in this regard. With today’s fast paced lifestyle you might feel that you are spending too much of your ‘quality time’ with your children on homework after your work, rather than other things that you feel are more important to build a better bond. Leave that home work to us and will assist better
Flexible Operating Hours
We have very good flexible hours for parents to pick their children from our afterschool clubhouse. We open till 19h30 and or on special arrangement till 20h00 at a fee.
Tutoring and Tuition classes
Does your child need a tutor? Tuition services help to get better grades and less anxiety. We allow parents to involve their specialized tutors to use our premise for all critical subjects. Private tuition, tutors, homework assistance, revision for exams, extra lessons in all school subjects can be arranged.
Night care facility.(Homely Environment)
Family Night Care only take a limited number of children at only limited branches and are provided in carers' homes; therefore more easily flexible, as well as more economical and provide a family style environment, which is less formal and therefore easier for children to be in for longer hours of time. This facility is booked 3 days prior to receiving service.

That’s true whether it’s a program that your child’s school offers or a private one. Maybe you’d like your child to get homework done there, too. While these ups and downs may seem minor, hurt feelings between friends can lead to unkind interactions and shifting friendships. Listening and empathizing are helpful strategies in the moment. We believe in providing a safe space to talk about and process emotions as the best support.

Our after school programs are private; if the afterschool program isn’t run by your school district or a local facility, it may be a way for your child to make some new friends. Being away from school can offer a break from any usual cliques or social concerns.
If the program is local or at school, it may is a nice way for your child to connect with peers in a new setting. Kids in our afterschool programs are more likely to be included and feel like they’re part of a group. Our programs often have more adult supervision than playground time offers. This will make your child not bored at all

Normally kids who have their Tablets will be connected to our uncapped WIFI network for the duration of the homework only
We will need parent consent to allow the child connect to their online teachers if the need arises.

We are an after school facilitators only. A parent must ensure they also check their children’s school work if is correctly done.
We open from 13h00 to 19h00. This is enough time to collect your child from our establishment. For all delays to pick your child attract late collecting charges (Penalty)
We can only give first aid facility as our teachers have one. We will always contact the parent, use their medical aid details to take the child to the nearest medical center
The monthly fee for afterschool program includes a healthy snack. A menu will be made available to all parents. Kids with allergies must be included in the allergy chart to avoid allergy reactions. Parents can pack children food if the child is more allergic to the extent that the doctor advices differently
Yes we do have dedicated afterschool transport at all times. We have good afterschool program with a good homework policy which can make a big difference for kids who struggle in school.
